What are the main human qualities required to join the Desjoyaux group ?

This is a complex question to answer, as it’s difficult to reduce the DESJOYAUX group to one or two values. However, I believe that common sense and customer service really are the main characteristics of our company. I’d also highlight another aspect that sums up the state of mind of all employees, and that is PASSION. A passion for a job in service of our customers.

Desjoyaux eco-builds its swimming pools

« We throw nothing away », summarises Jean-Louis Desjoyaux, Chairman and Managing Director of the swimming pool company that bears his name. The family mid-sized business based in La Fouillouse (Loire) has included recycling in its production processes for many years. The manufacturer has developed a complete process for manufacturing shuttering modules for its swimming pools out of recycled polypropylene.
