Hello, could you tell us more about yourself?
I’m Olivier Chambe, 49 years old, with Piscines Desjoyaux for 13 years—first as Network Director for France, then as Sales Director for France and Export. Previously, I held an executive position in large-scale retail for 14 years.
I’m proud to work within a family-owned company that values its identity and to support a loyal sales team on a daily basis, sharing the company’s core values such as humility and ambition.

How did the story between you and the network begin?
Joining a market-leading brand with a true success story driven by the Desjoyaux family since 1966 was a real challenge. Thanks to the dedication of the entire sales team and the support of our existing network, we’ve grown from 139 stores in 2013 to 190 in 2023.
Our franchisees are true ambassadors, and many of them actively participate in mentoring and supporting new entrants, in addition to our comprehensive training program, which has been strengthened over the past few years.
It’s a real source of pride to rely on a strong brand with the highest market recognition and strong family values.
Our company has the ability to make major decisions daily, collaboratively, with common sense, and with one priority: supporting our network, whether during prosperous times or more challenging periods.
We undeniably have the best network of pool specialists in France.
Today, we have 400 points of sale worldwide.
We offer our franchisees a market-leading brand, a unique patented technical concept since 1978, year-round omnipresent communication, and, most importantly, a streamlined business model with proven profitability.

How do you see your future and that of the network?
Our franchise network development is booming, with 5 to 10 new stores opening annually in France over the past 10 years. We have big ambitions for international growth, with new points of sale opening across all five continents.
Our support for franchisees is continuous—starting before business operations with the development of a business plan, a six-week training period provided by our training academy, and in-store immersion days.
Once operational, we provide daily support to our franchisees through regional managers on the ground, continuous training, technical assistance, and annual regional meetings.
We’re not looking for any specific profile or required skill set—we prioritize closeness with our network. We’ve recruited masons, craftsmen, retail executives, bankers, and even owners of Desjoyaux pools. So, why not you?
Every meeting with our new partners, both in France and abroad, creates a unique story between our brand and an entrepreneur. Our goal is for each story to last as long as possible.
Despite our presence in 80 countries, there are still many markets to conquer. This ambition fuels our daily drive.
